Join a globally recognised beverage packaging manufacturer supplying products to some of the world’s biggest soft drink brands. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production & Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility producing plastic bottles and bottle lids used across the beverage industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with excellent pay rates, a supportive team environment, and genuine long-term opportunities.

Pay Rates & Shift Hours- Rotating 4-week cycle

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $31.19 per hour

  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $40.00 per hour

Approx. 84 hours per fortnight (42 hours per week)

Week 1 – Day Shift

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 – Day Shift
Wednesday & Thursday
Week 3 – Night Shift
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 4 – Night Shift
Wednesday & Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring conveyor lines and supporting production operations
  • Emptying hoppers and bins throughout the shift
  • Conducting hourly quality control checks and inspections
  • Monitoring product flow and identifying any production issues
  • Supporting smooth line operation and troubleshooting when required
  • Maintaining high safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
  • Working across a rotating roster within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
About You
  • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or machine operation
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control experience
  • Experience within plastics, beverage, FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments highly regarded
  • Reliable transport essential
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
